Office Manager

• Responsible for general office projects and assignments.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information or refer problems to the proper persons.
• Operate all office equipment within the area of responsibility (incl. phone systems, printers, faxes, and different types of computer applications) and reports any problems to the appropriate person. May interact with vendors and purchase office supplies.
• Responsible for opening and sorting mail and delivering it to the appropriate person or arranging for delivery by a mail carrier.

The successful candidate will be hired on a renewable one-year contract. The salary will reflect credentials and experience. Included in the compensation and benefits package will be a contract-ending bonus, 20-day annual leave, and medical insurance.
